Tip Tuesday - Trello Checklists

It's Tip Tuesday another one for tracking your tasks! We looked at an introduction to Trello a few weeks ago. Today we are diving further into Trello’s functionality.

When using the Trello boards to track your tasks, you can create a checklist within a task card. Meaning that for those tasks that have several parts you can break it up into each part so that you can keep track of exactly where you are.

Say you have a marketing email to get out, we all know that the ready made email doesn’t just appear! You need to decide the content, collate the images, gathering other peoples inputs, draft the wording, possibly send a test run version… a task suddenly has 5 baby steps within it to actually make the task happen. Trello checklists are great for breaking down these seemingly big tasks down into the steps that need to happen to ensure that big task gets checked off.
