Tip Tuesday - Outlook recurring tasks

It's Tip Tuesday do you have a recurring task each week that requires individual input such as your own Tip Tuesday or a data update that just needs numbers adding but the same format?

In Outlook calendar you can create a recurring appointment to remind you to get that task completed on time, but here's a handy trick, if you double click a specific entry you can edit / add notes to that specific appointment (not the full series). It makes planning content ahead of time super easy. You can then add your ideas or final draft as you work on them and be weeks ahead of your schedule.

All you then need to do is when the reminder goes off on the day open the calendar entry fully, copy and paste to wherever you need to put it and voila you have smashed your task ahead of time.

Happy recurring task smashing!
